It was a sunny day,
at the end of May
I went to the park
and heard a dog bark.
But he was a cheetah
and his name was Peter.
He looked at my face
and wanted a race.
In the past
I was really fast.
I tried my best
but I needed a rest.
I didn’t want to lose
but I had no running shoes.
Before the race
we went to a pizza place.
They sold pizza
with mangaliza.
But I had no money,
that wasn’t very funny.
The race was going to start
in the park.
On Peter’s shoe there was a flame,
nevertheless he was really lame.
I finished the race
in first place.
The prize was pizza
with mangaliza.
